About Us

Dr. Sarah Dalhoumi is the medical director at Synerchi Medical Spa. She received her medical training from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and received board certification in family medicine in 2013. She has over 10 years of experience in primary care, aesthetics, and integrative medicine. She has advanced training and certification in anti-aging, lifestyle medicine, and hormone therapy. She believes in whole body personalized medicine prioritizing optimal health, wellness, and safety.

Amanda is a board certified family nurse practitioner, aesthetic nurse injector, and expert laser technician who has worked at Synerchi since 2012. She became part-owner in 2021. Amanda loves spending the time with clients to create customized aesthetic treatment plans. She is an incredible resource for all your injectable and skincare questions. She specializes in Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, laser therapy (IPL, erbium, and CO2), microneedling, and PDO threading.

Kelsey has been a registered nurse in San Diego since 2012 and began her medical aesthetics career at Synerchi in 2013. She also works as a trauma and ER nurse at Scripps Hospital.

Vanessa has been a nurse since 2016 and currently also works as an Oncology RN. She loves the differences between her two jobs! Since joining Synerchi in 2021, she has developed a speciality for treating set-in wrinkles. She uses a combination of neuromodulators and microneedling to get results.

Nerey is a registered nurse at Synerchi as well as Scripps Hospital. She has been a nurse since 2009 and part of the Synerchi Squad since 2016. She is a genius when it comes to injecting Botox, Dysport, and Kybella. She is also an expert with laser hair removal, IPL, fractional laser & the Lamprobe.

Courtney has worked in the acute care setting for since 2012, specializing in surgical trauma and liver and kidney transplant. In 2019, Courtney found a new passion for aesthetics. She started at Synerchi in 2021, specializing in Botox and loves a good microneedling session!

Carla has worked as an RN since 2012, most recently as an aesthetic RN. She uses tools and technology to help enhance people’s complexion and give them their best skin possible. She specializes in Botox, IPL, microneedling, LHR, Vampire Facials, RF micro needling, resurfacing lasers and cellulite removal. Carla has worked on the med spa team at Synerchi since 2014.

Amanda B. is originally from Oregan and has been a nurse since 2008. She has been working at Synerchi since 2010. She also works at Rady Children’s Hospital. The treatments she does most at Synerchi are Botox and IPL.

Cassie is a San Diego native who has been a part of the Synerchi team since 2020 and has a passion for enhancing clients natural beauty. She also love educating clients about recommended services. She has also worked as an oncology and transplant nurse since 2017. One interesting fact about Cassie is that she has an identical twin sister!

Melissa has been a nurse since 2005 working in Interventional Radiology doing vascular access and has been with Synerchi since 2020. She has three beautiful children that she loves spending free time with and working out. Some of her favorite treatments are neuromodulators, lasers and micro needling.

Niamh is an RN who fell in love with aesthetics after being a Synerchi client for a few years. Having grown up with serious acne, she tried everything possible to feel comfortable in her own skin while also finding the importance in helping others feel confident in their skin as well. Outside of Synerchi, she works on a medical oncology palliative care unit and also volunteers at an animal shelter. For all you dog owners, she always loves to see a furry friend so come say hello!

Kirstin is an SDSU grad with a BSN and has been an RN since 2020. She was born and raised in Clairemont. She has been working as an aesthetic RN since 2021 and fell in love with this specialty, especially lip filler. She has completed with intensive and thorough training on fillers, full facial balancing, neurotoxins, PRP, RF microneedling, Sculptra, subcision and more. Kirstin loves continuing to expand her knowledge and education in the aesthetic world.

Olivia is from the midwest and has been a nurse since 2017. She came to San Diego as a travel nurse in 2020 and loves all that SD has to offer. She continues to work as an oncology nurse while also working with our team to follow her dream of being an aesthetic nurse full time. Her favorite procedures are neurotoxins, fillers and microneedling.

Allie was born and raised in San Diego and has been a registered nurse since 2017. Most of her career was spent working in the ICU before entering into the world of aesthetics. She is passionate about making her patients feel beautiful in their own skin. Clients love her soft touch, educational approach, and warm personality. In her free time she loves roller skating, surfing, and hanging out with her daughter and husband.

Lori Biesel is a licensed aesthetician with nearly three decades of experience helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Since beginning her career in 1997, Lori has built a reputation for her expert touch, personalized care, and results-driven approach to skincare. Her philosophy combines clinical knowledge with a holistic perspective, recognizing that true beauty begins with balance and self-care. Lori specializes in customized facial treatments, dermaplaning, corrective skincare, and age-management therapies designed to restore both confidence and glow.

Originally from the midwest, Dana loves helping her clients achieve their goals in their weight loss journey as an MA. She is dedicated to her family, loves watching her two boys play sports and indulging in delicious foods. Dana’s love language is gifts. If you happen to see her out past 8pm, please call her mom.

Kristen is a San Diego native and SDSU alum. She was a Synerchi client twelve years before she decided it was time to join the team. She is married and has one son. She also loves collecting animals so please do not offer her any to adopt!

Madison is a San Diego native and has been a part of the Synerchi team since June 2023. She is an SDSU alum. She strives to provide excellent customer service and make everyone feel comfortable during their visit. She loves all animals and will absolutely ask you about your pets while demanding to see pictures! She enjoys quality time with her family and friends, doing yoga, and watching movies.

Kaya is a San Diego native driven by a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She is currently pursuing her dream of becoming an RN. Alongside her studies, Kaya remains deeply committed to her work at Synerchi. As the youngest child among six siblings, Kaya values the importance of family bonds and loves seeing kiddos coming into Synerchi.

Sydney is a licensed esthetician and dog mom of 2. She is passionate about helping you feel confident in your skin. With a deep understanding of skin health and a love for personalized care, she specializes in treatments that are as relaxing as they are effective.
In addition to skincare, she’s a brow and lash guru, offering services like shaping, tinting, lamination, lash lifts and extensions to enhance your natural features with precision and care.
