How It Works
1. Comprehensive Consultation
Every dermal filler treatment begins with an in-depth consultation. Your provider will assess your facial structure, skin condition, and personal goals to determine the best filler type, placement strategy, and overall treatment plan. Photos may be taken to assist with facial mapping and monitor progress.
2. Custom Injection Process
A topical anesthetic may be applied for comfort. Using fine needles or blunt-tip cannulas, the selected filler is injected precisely into the targeted areas. The entire process typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on the number of areas treated.
3. Immediate Results & Recovery
You’ll notice volume and contour improvements right away, though mild swelling or bruising is common and temporary. Most clients return to normal activity the same day, with full results settling in over the following week.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines
To help minimize bruising and swelling, follow these recommendations:

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E, and garlic for 5–7 days prior to treatment.

If you are on blood thinners or any other medications, please consult your physician before discontinuing use.

Consider taking an antiviral medication if you have a history of cold sores.

Arrive with a clean face free of makeup if possible.
Post-Treatment Guidelines
Proper aftercare helps ensure the best possible outcome:

Refrain from strenuous activity and excessive heat exposure (sun, sauna, steam rooms) for at least 24–72 hours.

Avoid facial massage, waxing, or laser treatments for 10–14 days.

Do not apply skincare or makeup to the treated areas for at least 12 hours post-treatment.

Apply cold compresses and Arnica cream as needed during the first 24–48 hours.

Stay well hydrated and avoid salty foods to reduce swelling.

Use Tylenol for pain, and non-drowsy antihistamines like Claritin for swelling if needed.
Specific to Lip Fillers:

Avoid using previously opened lip products for 3 days

Apply Aquaphor or Vaseline with a clean q-tip only

No kissing or drinking through straws for 72 hours to minimize risk of irritation or infection
Lumps or firmness in the treated area is common in the first few weeks. If any small bumps remain after 3 weeks, gentle massage may help—your provider will advise you during follow-up if needed.
