V-Lase Vaginal Rejuvenation

What Is V-Lase? 

V-Lase is a non-invasive vaginal laser treatment used to rejuvenate and tighten vaginal tissue and surrounding tissues using CO2 laser energy. This type of technology (non-ablative laser therapy) allows for the safest treatment to address numerous feminine issues without any downtime. 

How Does It Work? 

V-Lase uses laser energy pulses that are delivered to the vaginal tissue, heating the collagen from within. Collagen immediately contracts under the heat and its fibers become shorter and thicker. The stimulation of the collagen results in neocollagenesis which means that new collagen enriches the vaginal tissue. The tissue becomes tighter, younger, and more elastic. 

What Does V-Lase Treat? 

The V-Lase is an amazing tool to help tighten the vaginal walls, thicken the vaginal mucosa, and decrease vaginal dryness. It will help strengthen the pelvic floor, which improves symptoms of stress incontinence. All of this can also help decrease pain and provide a better sensation during sexual intercourse. 

Recommended Treatments: 

3 sessions, 4 weeks apart 

Maintenance treatment is recommended 1-2 times per year 

Pre-Treatment: 

Numbing cream will be applied to treatment area 30 minutes prior to procedure 

Post-Treatment: 

Minimal to no downtime is expected and you may resume normal activities that day 

Who can use V-Lase? 

V-Lase is not available if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Appointments may not be scheduled if you have an active infection in the treatment area.
